Set URL for pagespeed compression

The SiteManager pagespeed module automatically combines and compresses javascript and css files for your project. It uses the s1.sitemn.gr absolute path for picture files and other resources that are being loaded in the compressed file. In the Developer app we have updated the pagespeed settings module. You can now overwrite our default url with your own domainname (SSL required).
